The Inspection Team acknowledged the efforts of the local authorities and the Management Board of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Site. Based on the actual inspection at the relic site, the Ministry Inspectorate requested the Management Board of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Site to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the management, organization of festival activities and exploitation of the value of historical and cultural relics in the locality according to the provisions of law, along with guiding documents on festival management and organization.
The Inspection Team noted that the relic management board and the festival organizing committee should strengthen coordination and raise their sense of responsibility; promptly resolve and rectify arising issues, repel the phenomena of burning a lot of votive paper, begging, and praying for hire; shops encroaching on the entrance to the relic; raising prices of goods and services and guarding vehicles; organizing disguised gambling games, etc.
Strengthen inspection, supervision and strict handling of offensive phenomena occurring during the festival. Plan service shops, build business culture, sign commitments with business households not to encroach on sidewalks and roads, not to sell inappropriate goods; strictly prohibit exchanging small change for price difference at relics.
The Ministry Inspectorate also emphasized the requirement for the Management Board to develop a project to manage auxiliary items such as service shops, parking lots, and landscapes at the relic and submit it to competent authorities for approval.

At Tranh Temple relic, the relic management board said that the management and organization of the festival is carried out seriously and methodically according to the provisions of Decree 110/ND-CP and directive documents issued before the 2024 festival season.
