Merging Nam Dinh Radio and Television Station into Nam Dinh Newspaper

On April 11, the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision on merging Nam Dinh Radio and Television Station into Nam Dinh Newspaper and personnel work.

According to Decision No. 1440-QD/TU, dated April 8, 2025 of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee on merging Nam Dinh Radio and Television Station into Nam Dinh Newspaper to form Nam Dinh Newspaper (new).

Nam Dinh Newspaper is a public service unit under the Provincial Party Committee, officially put into operation from April 15, 2025. The Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee assigned and appointed Director of Nam Dinh Radio and Television Station Hoang Thi Hoai Phuong to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Nam Dinh Newspaper and appointed 4 Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Nam Dinh Newspaper.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee Le Quoc Chinh affirmed that the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus is a major policy of the Party and State, in line with the people's wishes, with the goal of streamlining focal points, associated with staff reduction, restructuring and improving the quality of civil servants and public employees; in order to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of State management and social management.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quoc Chinh requested Nam Dinh Newspaper to urgently implement procedures on arranging the organization, staff, civil servants and workers under the authority of the unit; quickly stabilize the organization, assign tasks within the leadership team; review tasks and work and prepare necessary conditions to start operating from April 15, 2025, without interruption of work, without gaps in time, without gaps in location and field; without affecting the normal activities of the unit.

To promote political and ideological work, create consensus and solidarity among the leadership, staff, civil servants and workers, it is necessary to promote the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially leaders.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested to promptly complete tasks related to records, documents, finance, public assets, and working offices; ensure that no documents are lost or damaged and that no documents are handed over; proactively coordinate with the Provincial Police to collect old seals and prepare new seals, digital signatures, and electronic seals according to regulations; organize a review and arrange suitable working rooms that are convenient for the activities of leaders and professional departments; ensure working equipment and means for cadres, civil servants, and workers./.
