The company's Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant project has won the title "Product of the Year - Top 100 innovative products in 2024".

On June 24, 2024, Dau Tu Newspaper in collaboration with Vietnam Business Research Joint Stock Company (Viet Research) organized the Announcement Ceremony of the List of Top 10 Innovative and Effective Enterprises of Vietnam 2024 in key economic sectors (VIE10) and Top 100 Innovative and Effective Products and Services of 2024 (POY) in Hanoi.

CC1 and the businesses honored in this event are those that have applied creativity, innovation and reform in their operating models, product and service design, management thinking, work organization and implementation methods, contributing to improving production and business efficiency, establishing a position in the market and contributing to the overall development of the whole country.

A quick survey of businesses in the VIE50 and VIE10 books shows that up to 86% of businesses believe that innovation is an important key to growth in the coming time, with the majority of businesses focusing on innovation, improving products, services and processes. More than 70% of businesses in the survey also said they plan to increase their budget for innovation in at least the next 2 years.

Grasping the development trend in the new era, this enterprise has invested in both management technology and construction equipment technology. Regarding management technology, this organization continuously innovates to apply scientific, streamlined, and effective management models in addition to simultaneously applying BIM (Building Information Modeling) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) technology in management and operations.

In addition, the Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant Project, with the joint venture of CC1, Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan) and Hyundai E&C Corporation (Korea) as the EPC General Contractor, won the title "Product of the Year - Top 100 innovative products and services in 2024".

Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant uses a direct-flow boiler, burning pulverized coal (PC) directly, a traditional condensing turbine, and supercritical steam parameters.

The concentration of substances in exhaust gas and wastewater before being discharged into the environment not only meets the environmental protection regulations and standards of current Vietnamese law but also meets the standards of the World Bank (WB).

On the other hand, the ash and slag of this factory is a clean material used in many other industries and has been ordered for consumption by a number of units in the region.
