On the morning of March 31, the price of SJC gold bars of SJC, DOJI, and PNJ enterprises were simultaneously listed at a new high, around 99.2 million VND/tael for buying, 101.2 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of 500,000 VND/tael compared to the end of last week.

The price of gold bars of other brands of Bao Tin Minh Chau and Phu Quy also reached 101.2 million VND/tael.
Meanwhile, the price of 99.99 gold rings and jewelry gold of all kinds had unexpected developments, when it decreased slightly compared to the end of the week. SJC Company traded plain gold rings at 98.3 million VND/tael for buying, 100.3 million VND/tael for selling, down 100,000 VND/tael compared to the end of last week.
However, the price of plain gold rings varies between brands. PNJ sells plain gold rings for 100.7 million VND/tael; Bao Tin Minh Chau sells for 100.9 million VND/tael; Phu Quy sells for 101.2 million VND/tael. At some gold shops, the price of plain gold rings is traded at a lower level, around 97.6 million VND/tael for sale.

Gold prices today continue to set new peaks for SJC gold bars and plain gold rings, with each peak higher than the previous one. Despite warnings of a hot gold price increase, the precious metal has not stopped its upward trend.
Domestic gold prices have continuously set new highs following the world's upward trend. In the international market, the precious metal is also aiming for the $3,100/ounce mark, having just opened trading and climbed to $3,097/ounce - an all-time high. By 9:00 a.m., Vietnam time, the gold price had cooled down to $3,098/ounce but was still at a record high, surpassing all forecasts earlier this year.
At the beginning of the year, the highest forecast for gold prices was around $3,000/ounce by the end of the first quarter of 2025. However, today – the last day of the first quarter, gold prices have set a new peak of $3,097/ounce in the context of the demand for gold that has not cooled down.
Currently, the world gold price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 96.2 million VND/tael.
