According to PhoneArena , a well-known tech leaker known as Mjin Bu shared images of what is believed to be a USB-C braided cable for the iPhone 15 a few days ago. In his comments, Mjin Bu admitted that the photos were found online and could not be traced back to their source, which raised questions.

But now, an Apple prototype collector named Kosutami has also shared images of design validation testing (DVT) samples of the upcoming USB-C charging cable. While it only comes in a black color option, the source adds that there are a total of five color variants of the USB-C cable for the iPhone 15, including purple, blue, pink, and yellow, which come with a glossy white plastic finish on the end, and a black USB-C cable with a matching black finish. The commonality here is that each cable matches the color that is said to be coming to the iPhone 15.
Not everything new with the cables is related to their color, though. All of the iPhone 15 series USB-C charging cables are braided and feature strain relief tubes, making them much more durable than previous models.
Coming back to the iPhone 15 colors, it looks like Apple will offer the rumored light pink and blue options, which means we can also expect a deep red variant for the iPhone 15 Pro.
