Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat airport, a national key project, came into operation with the goal of ensuring the digitalization of the entire operation journey and enhancing the digital experience for passengers.

As the unit implementing the entire digital infrastructure system at Terminal T3, during the construction of Terminal T3, VNPT's engineering team worked urgently and accurately to ensure the progress and quality of Terminal T3's items in accordance with the requirements of integrating modern technology and synchronization according to international standards. Up to this point, when starting to operate the first flights, Terminal T3 has a modern digital infrastructure. Thanks to that, when arriving at Terminal T3, passengers will have their check-in time optimized, increasing many digital experiences through advanced aviation technology applications on the digital infrastructure platform provided by VNPT Group.

Installed outside to the station, from the station to the service points inside: Ticket counters, check-in points, security cameras, shop houses,... the digital infrastructure provided by VNPT has enough capacity to meet 100% of connection needs, ensuring the smooth operation of the station management systems, as well as meeting the telecommunications service needs of staff and passengers.

VinaPhone 5G mobile waves are covered here, ensuring stable and smooth connections in all areas of the station. The mobile signal amplification system (IBS) ensures enhanced and optimized communication signal quality in special areas such as basements and crowded places.

Free WiFi and WiFi marketing systems provide convenient internet access for passengers, while supporting service promotion campaigns to enhance user experience. In addition, VNPT also provides telecommunications infrastructure sharing solutions that allow other carriers to use the infrastructure, optimize costs and service quality, demonstrating VNPT's spirit of cooperation, all of which not only meet the strict requirements of a modern terminal but are also ready for future expansion plans.

Accompanying ACV in the operation of Terminal T3, VNPT will continue to provide optimal digital solutions to ensure the highest quality of service, contributing to bringing Tan Son Nhat closer to the goal of becoming Asia's leading aviation hub.

It is expected that on April 19, 2025, Terminal T3 will be officially inaugurated. This is a meaningful event marking a strong development step in the strategy of modernizing and digitizing the national transport infrastructure and is also a special project to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

With that meaning, the inauguration ceremony of Terminal T3 will be broadcast live on VTV connecting over 60 points in 32 provinces/cities established by VNPT Group to contribute to spreading the image of key national projects to the public.
