[Update] - Conference of the Subcommittee on Content of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of September 9, the Subcommittee on Content of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 (referred to as the Subcommittee on Content) held a conference to approve the Work Plan of the Subcommittee on Content and give opinions on some contents of the preparation of the Documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; launch the Editorial Team of the Documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The Subcommittee on Content of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, was established under Decision No. 3128-QD/TU, dated February 29, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

At the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Lai The Nguyen and members of the Content Subcommittee discussed and gave opinions on the Work Plan of the Content Subcommittee; draft Working Regulations, and assignment of tasks to members of the Content Subcommittee.

Accordingly, the purpose and requirements of the Work Plan of the Content Subcommittee are to specify the work contents and time to prepare documents to be submitted to the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, ensuring the progress and quality set forth, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.

The preparation of the Political Report to be submitted to the 20th Provincial Party Congress is an important content, which must be comprehensively, objectively and honestly assessed on the situation, achievements, advantages, limitations, causes and lessons learned; at the same time, absorbing the guiding viewpoints, policies and major orientations in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW dated August 5, 2020 of the Politburo, the Planning of Thanh Hoa province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045 and accurately forecasting the situation to set out directions, goals, targets, tasks and solutions that are feasible and effective for the 2025-2030 term, especially breakthrough tasks and solutions with a long-term vision.

The preparation of the Review Report of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee must be combative, uphold the spirit of self-criticism and criticism; accurately, objectively, comprehensively and honestly assess the results of leadership, direction and organization of task implementation in the 2020-2025 term; the results of implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Conference of the 11th, 12th and 13th terms associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Regulate what Party members are not allowed to do and regulations on setting an example for cadres and Party members, especially leaders; clearly point out the causes, especially subjective causes, of limitations, shortcomings and weaknesses and clearly identify the responsibilities of collectives and individuals; at the same time, it is necessary to propose plans, roadmaps and effective measures to thoroughly correct and overcome them in the 2025-2030 term.
