Many MobiFone staff members joined hands to support people to overcome difficulties during the storm season.

On the afternoon of September 12, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation held a launching ceremony to support people affected by storm Yagi (storm No. 3).

Promoting the spirit of "sharing food and clothes" and "helping each other", many officers and employees of the Corporation have joined hands to support people to overcome difficulties.

Since the early stages of storm No. 3 until now, the Corporation has promptly deployed many solutions to overcome, support, and ensure communication before, during, and after the storm for the people.

As soon as storm No. 3 made landfall in the North, the Corporation quickly deployed network sharing with other carriers, ensuring stable and smooth communication for customers.

In order to share with customers affected by storm Yagi and the impact of floods in the Northern provinces, the Corporation has completed supporting 30,000 VND for customers in 22 provinces and cities including: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh, Son La, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen.

The total support this time is up to 50 billion VND.

In addition, the Corporation has promptly deployed many mobile hotspots, operated mobile generators, welded fiber optic cables and continuously checked network quality in areas affected by storms and floods.

MobiFone stores in storm-affected areas also support charging, provide tap water, free wifi and on-site SIM activation for customers.

Previously, on September 10, the Corporation also donated to support people affected by storm No. 3 at the launching ceremony organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
