For agencies and units that do not have fixed 2-day off every Saturday and Sunday, based on the specific program and plan of the unit, arrange appropriate compensatory time off in accordance with the provisions of law. Enterprises, based on the provisions on holiday and Tet holidays in Article 112 of the Labor Code and the working regime of the unit, provide employees with appropriate holiday and compensatory time off in accordance with the regulations, ensuring the rights of employees and the production and business activities of the unit.
Administrative agencies, public service units, Party agencies, organizations, enterprises, economic establishments, schools, companies, factories, and households fly the national flag for 3 days, from April 29 to May 1.
At the same time, local authorities are responsible for organizing the cleaning and decoration of streets in their areas of responsibility, reminding households to clean the environment around their residences and hang the national flag according to regulations, replacing old and faded flags with new ones to create urban beauty; arranging for agency staff to ensure security, order and safety of the agency, and promptly handling unexpected situations.
