How to make salt fried mantis shrimp
Step 1: Prepare mantis shrimp
Cut off the mantis shrimp's whiskers and spikes to make it easier to eat. Wash and drain. Lightly crush the shell to help it absorb the spices when frying.
Step 2: Fry the mantis shrimp
Beat eggs, dip mantis shrimp in eggs, then roll in flour to create a crispy coating. Heat oil, fry shrimp until golden brown, then remove and drain.
Step 3: Roast salt
