Currently, the project to invest in the construction of technical infrastructure and auxiliary works of Van Mieu Park is implementing package 2 (area 1) - the entire construction, equipment of the square area and 2 auxiliary buildings. The package will be implemented from February - 2025, the contractor is focusing on construction, expected to be completed in June - 2025. For package 1 (construction, equipment of lotus pond area, solidarity yard...) and package 3 (construction, technical infrastructure, auxiliary buildings, square, trees, parking lot, ceramic road...) are implementing the design of construction drawings; expected to start construction in May 2025.

Overview of the construction project of Uncle Ho Temple

Regarding the Uncle Ho Temple project (expected to be implemented with socialized capital), the design consultant is receiving and editing the architectural plan. The total recovered area of ​​the project is more than 4.7 hectares, the land recovery, compensation, and site clearance work in Tien Ninh Ve ward has been completed (more than 3.5 hectares); the area belonging to Dai Phuc ward is nearly 1.2 hectares) and a plan for compensation and resettlement support is being prepared...

The Van Mieu Park resettlement housing project, with a total recovered area of ​​about 3 hectares, is located in Dai Phuc Ward, Tien Ninh Ve. The city is implementing investment preparation steps, expected to start construction in early May 2025.

Overview of the conference to inspect the construction progress of key projects of the province

The city proposed the Provincial People's Committee to unify the design plan of the Uncle Ho Temple; the material of the relief; the tree planting plan; the materials for completing the solidarity yard and the Temple yard; issue land prices for compensation and site clearance, etc.

The project to invest in building technical infrastructure for the urban area at the Southwest intersection has a total recovered area of ​​about 33.17 hectares in Khac Niem and Vo Cuong wards. The functional sector is carrying out compensation, site clearance and investment preparation; expected to start construction in July 2025. The city proposed the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to speed up the appraisal of investment projects, design construction drawings; add the project to the 2025 land use plan; agree on technical infrastructure connection, etc.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed that the projects are of great significance to the Party Committee, government and people in the province. In particular, the Uncle Ho Temple project has received attention and direction from Party leaders. He requested investors and contractors to focus on synchronous construction of bid packages, ensuring progress, quality, technical aesthetics and safety and sanitation at the construction site. During the design and construction process, it is necessary to study the use of local materials and trees; arrange the landscape and worship space solemnly, simply and closely to the people.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to assign Bac Ninh city to coordinate with the Department of Construction to study and propose the formation of a high-quality commercial and service area in the area of ​​Ly Thai To and Huyen Quang streets; to renovate the median strip and ensure traffic safety on Le Thai To and Huyen Quang streets.
