According to the provisions of Point b, Clause 5, Article 11 of Decree No. 38/2021/ND-CP dated March 29, 2021 of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of culture and advertising, Mr. Huynh Minh Hung was fined VND 27.5 million.

In addition, Mr. Huynh Minh Hung was suspended from performing for 9 months according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 9, Article 11 of Decree No. 38/2021/ND-CP dated March 29, 2021 of the Government. Previously, on May 7, singer Dam Vinh Hung went to work with the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, explaining the "strange" badge attached to his shirt during the live show "Ngay em den sao troi" on the evening of May 4.
