Add new features to iHanoi app

Accordingly, iHanoi has added the "Business Recommendation" feature on iHanoi. This feature is deployed to facilitate businesses, investors and organizations to send feedback on issues related to inappropriate business policies and mechanisms or shortcomings in business operations.

The feature also supports businesses in raising the difficulties and obstacles they encounter during their operations, thereby helping authorities to review and adjust regulations to suit reality.

However, please note that this function does not address issues related to complaints, denunciations or legal advice.

Next is the "Public Service Locations" feature on iHanoi. This feature gives the people of the capital a powerful tool to look up and search for the nearest public service locations.

One of the special features of this feature is the ability to search for public service locations around your current location. Just turn on the GPS on your phone, iHanoi will automatically determine your location and display a list of locations that can provide guidance on the nearest administrative procedures.

To help people easily access public services, iHanoi provides directions to selected locations. Through the map, users will receive detailed and accurate directions, helping to save time and effort on travel.

How to use: People open the iHanoi application on their phones and go to "DVC performance locations". Then, use the location search feature or turn on GPS to determine your location and select the location you want, click on directions for detailed instructions.

In addition, according to the City Public Administration Service Center, the Hanoi People's Committee is also about to launch the "Open Science and Technology Forum" on the iHanoi platform to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The forum will be a space for exchange and connection between people, the community of scientists, businesses, start-up organizations, educational, training and research institutions and other social organizations. Here, initiatives on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation will be proposed and discussed, contributing directly to promoting socio-economic development.
