Determining the construction of a smart city to synchronously apply information technology solutions in all areas of economic and social life. In addition to the public administrative services that have been and are being provided, people will have access to many other public services such as health, education, insurance, and transportation, ensuring quick and equal access to services. Up to this point, IOC La Gi has completed the main functions of the subsystems in IOC Binh Thuan and ensured the conditions for trial deployment.

Specifically, the socio-economic subsystem will help town leaders see an overall picture of the local socio-economic development situation. The system provides users with clear information on the increasing/decreasing trends of important indicators in the area. The fluctuations of the indicators are shown visually, helping leaders at all levels quickly and fully grasp the data that has been established in the past, thereby making assessments for the future. This greatly supports the direction and operation of town leaders compared to the current form of using monthly and quarterly paper reports. Currently, the indicators have been uploaded to IOC La Gi according to Decision No. 2256 on promulgating the List of socio-economic indicators used in the socio-economic subsystem of IOCs of districts, towns and cities.

For the health sector, it will provide an overview and be able to view details of indicators, fields and important statistics of the health sector including: Health insurance profile rate, number of medical examinations, number of emergency cases, epidemic situation; statistics such as population statistics by age, statistics on medical examination and treatment situation... Based on the analysis of fluctuations in data, the system will make forecasts for leaders to have appropriate directions and directions in line with the general goal of the sector to improve the health of the entire population. With the function of detailed statistics on medical examination and treatment of the Health Management System, the system provides complete statistics on key points of medical examination, treatment and health care for people such as: total number of examinations, total number of deaths, emergencies, number of inpatients and outpatients. In addition, the system also provides charts on the epidemic situation over time and the most common diseases in the area over time. With this information, town leaders can grasp and quickly direct medical activities in the locality.

In addition, in the field of education, the system supports leaders at all levels to monitor and supervise local educational activities such as: digitizing school locations on maps to see the distribution of schools throughout the area; monitoring the number of students and teachers each year in each district; the difference between teachers and students; determining thresholds to warn about overload in schools; monitoring learning quality; student ratios at each level...

Regarding the management of the public administration sector, the main interface of the system displays summary information on the status of file processing in the area such as: Total number of received files; number of files received online each month; number of unprocessed files; overdue files; resolved files; resolved files but overdue.

Regarding information monitoring on the network environment, by integrating the listening and monitoring platform on social networks (VnSocial), leaders and authorities can listen to and monitor news on the network environment to search for information exchanged related to keywords or a given group of keywords in a timely and effective manner. The system collects data on the internet, newspapers, social networks, youtube, forums... to search for content that is being mentioned and discussed. Based on AI and Big Data technology, the system analyzes the collected data, evaluates discussion trends and positive and negative nuances of the content. From there, it provides an overview of issues of concern, as a basis for local leaders to make timely and accurate decisions, promote positive influence as well as handle and prevent false and negative information.

The on-site feedback system will receive feedback through many interactive channels, thereby helping the government grasp the feedback channels that people are interested in and trust, thereby focusing on supporting people better. In addition, the system helps leaders at all levels grasp which areas are of interest to people, the time when most people send feedback; survey the level of satisfaction of people when using the communication and handling channels of the government. With the number of feedbacks being updated regularly and continuously, in the early morning of the working day, the town leaders can monitor and grasp the situation of receiving and handling complaints and feedbacks of the previous day in the localities to direct timely handling in situations where there are unusual or sudden developments...
