The greeting contest created an impression at the contest.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, the 2023 "Skillful Civil Affairs" Contest in the provincial armed forces has the participation of teams from 10 districts, towns, cities and Regiment 126. Over 2 days, the teams compete in 3 sections: Greeting and introducing the unit; knowledge and situation handling contest and dramatization skit contest related to civil affairs activities.

The organizing committee of the competition assessed that the units had prepared and practiced, and developed content for the skit to propagate the mass mobilization work of the unit vividly and closely to reality. The greeting and skit had artistic value and profound propaganda and educational value; introduced the beauty of the tradition of the homeland and the unit; and the achievements in mass mobilization work of the agencies and units in the past time. In the knowledge and situation handling competition, the teams had good knowledge of mass mobilization work.

The knowledge test was performed quite well by the teams at this competition.

In particular, at the competition, the teams flexibly applied theories associated with practical mass mobilization activities of the Army, units and localities, and handled well common practical situations. In the competition to promote typical and effective models of activities, many teams cooperated with their partner units to participate in staging many creative, elaborate and high-quality skits.

Colonel To Thanh Quyet awarded flags to the teams that won first, second and third prizes at the competition.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the flag and first prize to the Yen My District Military Command team; second prize to the Khoai Chau and Phu Cu District Military Command teams; third prize to the Van Lam District Military Command, Hung Yen City Military Command, and Regiment 126. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 5 consolation prizes to the units.

Colonel To Thanh Quyet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Commander of the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command, said that the contest is an opportunity to widely disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on mass mobilization work into life. This is also an opportunity to replicate models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in agencies and units; through the contest, it helps cadres of units to exchange and learn to improve their knowledge, experience, skills and methods of conducting mass mobilization work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to the local Party Committee and government to maintain political stability, and consolidate the people's hearts and minds in the area more and more firmly.
