The conference took place on March 26, organized directly at the central bridge point of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering (Hanoi) and combined online to the bridge points of the task clusters nationwide.
At the conference, specialized departments of the General Department of Logistics and Technology reported on preparations, logistics and technical assurance, coordination with relevant units in mobilizing forces and vehicles from the northern region to the southern region, ensuring logistics and technical assurance for forces when present in the southern region to participate in the parade and march in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification.
Emphasizing the work of ensuring safety during the mobilization of forces and vehicles, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested the Department of Transport - Motorbikes to inspect and ensure the best technical conditions for each vehicle and ship before the march and arrange mobile rescue vehicles to closely follow each unit during the mobilization; closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units on all marching routes to divert traffic, ensuring absolute safety during the mobilization.

"Units are absolutely not allowed to use trucks to transport troops," Major General Huynh Tan Hung emphasized.
He requested the Barracks Department to coordinate with units to promptly repair barracks, supplement living equipment, especially to ensure enough electricity for soldiers; arrange fans in bedrooms and rest rooms; the Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 7 to ensure the best quality of food and foodstuffs for meals...
"The Military Medical Department directed southern units to provide additional cooling drinks for soldiers in hot weather. Test the entire domestic water system serving the forces participating in the parade," Major General Huynh Tan Hung noted.
