Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Van Nien suggested: The work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity needs to be linked to key political tasks, social security work, and ensuring people's lives. Agencies, localities and units focus on overcoming the situation of avoiding and shirking responsibility, causing trouble for people and businesses. Party committees, units and localities must thoroughly implement the contents of the inspection and supervision conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee for Prevention and Combating Corruption, Waste and Negativity, which have not yet been completed, and must be completed before May 30, 2025. Along with that, the prosecution agencies and competent agencies continue to effectively implement the coordination mechanism to detect and handle corruption during the process of inspection, investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments. Speed up the investigation, prosecution and trial of corruption, waste, economic and negative cases and increase the rate of recovery of misappropriated assets in cases. Along with that, strengthen inter-sectoral coordination in the trial of cases to create high unity in handling policies and viewpoints; minimize the prolongation and return of case files, creating negative public opinion.

“Regarding the streamlining of the administrative apparatus and the arrangement of administrative units, it is necessary to focus on propaganda and create consensus among cadres, party members and the people on this major policy of the Party. Absolutely do not let the streamlining of the apparatus and the arrangement of administrative units be used to carry out negative acts for personal gain,” the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.
