The Politburo approved four Deputy Heads of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Central Inspection Commission said that the Politburo has decided to approve the positions of Deputy Heads of the 13th Central Inspection Commission for the 2021-2026 term for 4 officials including: Mr. Dinh Huu Thanh, Ha Quoc Tri, Nguyen Hong Linh and Doan Anh Dung.

Previously, on January 23, the Party Central Committee elected three additional members to the 13th Central Inspection Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; and Mr. Doan Anh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

The Party Central Committee elected Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc to the 13th Politburo, holding the position of Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Central Inspection Commission is a specialized inspection and supervision agency of the Central Executive Committee, performing tasks and exercising powers as prescribed in the Party Charter. It advises and assists the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat in directing, guiding, and organizing the implementation of the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary tasks.

Specifically, decide on the direction, tasks, and programs of inspection and supervision work for the term and each year; organize theoretical research, review, and summarize the inspection, supervision, and discipline work of the Party. Preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to direct, guide professional activities, and organize the implementation of regulations on propaganda and dissemination of inspection, supervision, and discipline work of the Party. Carry out the tasks prescribed by the Party Charter on inspection, supervision, and discipline work of the Party.

The Central Inspection Commission advises the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat in performing many tasks. Carry out inspection and supervision tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat.
