On the afternoon of February 21, the National Assembly Standing Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to approve the vice chairmen and members who are full-time National Assembly deputies and part-time members of the 6 National Assembly committees that were newly established after reorganization and streamlining.

Accordingly, the Law and Justice Committee has 10 vice chairmen, including Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Nguyen Truong Giang, Do Duc Hong Ha, Mai Thi Phuong Hoa, Hoang Van Lien, Tran Hong Nguyen, Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong, Ngo Trung Thanh, Nguyen Phuong Thuy, Nguyen Thi Thuy.
These are all vice chairmen of the former Judicial Committee and the Law Committee, now merged into the Law - Justice Committee. This committee has 9 full-time delegates and 54 part-time delegates.
The National Defense - Security - Foreign Affairs Committee has 5 vice chairmen: Nguyen Minh Duc, Nguyen Hai Hung, Don Tuan Phong, Do Quang Thanh, Nguyen Manh Tien. This Committee was established from the National Defense - Security Committee, which took on additional tasks from the Foreign Affairs Committee, which had ended its operation.
The committee also has 9 full-time members and 43 part-time members.
The Economic - Financial Committee has 9 vice chairmen, including Mr. and Mrs. Le Quang Manh (standing member, former Chairman of the Finance - Budget Committee), Nguyen Ngoc Bao, Nguyen Van Chi, Pham Thuy Chinh, Nguyen Thi Phu Ha, Vu Thi Luu Mai, Doan Thi Thanh Mai, Nguyen Minh Son, Nguyen Huu Toan.
The Economic and Financial Committee was merged from the Economic Committee and the Finance and Budget Committee. This committee has 11 full-time delegates and 53 part-time delegates.
The Culture and Society Committee has 10 vice chairmen including: Lam Van Doan, Ta Van Ha, Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa, Trieu The Hung, Do Thi Lan, Pham Viet Luong, Nguyen Hoang Mai, Dang Thuan Phong, Dinh Cong Sy, Nguyen Thi Kim Thuy.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan presented the decision to the vice chairmen and members who are full-time National Assembly deputies of the Committee on Culture and Society.

The Cultural and Social Committee was established from the Cultural and Educational Committee and the Social Committee. This committee has 11 full-time delegates and 69 part-time delegates.
The Delegation Work Committee has 3 vice chairmen including Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Ms. Ta Thi Yen, and Ms. Nguyen Dai Thang.
This Committee was upgraded from the Delegation Affairs Committee under the National Assembly Standing Committee. The Delegation Affairs Committee also has 2 full-time delegates, including Mr. Be Trung Anh; Mr. Tran Van Lam and 12 part-time delegates.
The People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee has 4 vice chairmen: Mr. Le Thi Nga (permanent member, former Chairwoman of the Judiciary Committee), Hoang Cong Anh, Tran Thi Nhi Ha, and Lo Viet Phuong.
The People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee was upgraded from the People's Aspirations Committee under the National Assembly Standing Committee. This committee has Mr. Cao Manh Linh as a full-time delegate and 18 part-time delegates.
Also at the ceremony, the National Assembly Office announced the decision to transfer the status quo of civil servants of departments and units directly advising and assisting the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and committees, and departments under the National Assembly Standing Committee to departments under the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and committees.
