The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed and thanked Mr. Piotr Frieske for his interest in his first visit to Binh Dinh province; introduced to him the potential, advantages, highlights in historical and cultural traditions, socio-economic development achievements and areas that are inviting and attracting foreign investment in the province. According to comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh, the province is continuing to promote tourism development and is currently drafting a plan to implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15, 2025 of the Government on visa exemption under the Tourism Development Stimulus Program in 2025 for Polish citizens. Mr. Piotr Frieske highly appreciated the potential, advantages, and efforts to develop the province's economy in general and industry and tourism in particular of Binh Dinh province. He recognized that Poland and Binh Dinh can build a mutually beneficial partnership by focusing on agriculture, renewable energy, industry, trade, tourism and education, under the support of the Poland-Vietnam bilateral cooperation framework. Economic cooperation can promote Poland's technological and industrial expertise as well as the growth potential of Binh Dinh province.

In terms of agricultural technology and processing, Poland can provide advanced agricultural machinery, cold storage technology and expertise in food safety standards to enhance Binh Dinh’s seafood and fruit exports. Poland can support Binh Dinh in promoting green energy, especially coastal wind power projects. Binh Dinh’s young workforce can benefit from vocational training programs in Poland in areas such as manufacturing and engineering, while Polish companies can take advantage of Binh Dinh’s highly skilled labor for industrial outsourcing.
