Binh Dinh works with Siemens Energy Group on green hydrogen gas system project

Working with the delegation of Binh Dinh province, the leaders of Siemens Energy Group hope to soon implement the Investment Project to build a green hydrogen gas system.

On the morning of July 17 (local time), in Berlin, the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Le Kim Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, and members of the Binh Dinh Provincial delegation visited and worked with Siemens Energy Group. Attending the meeting were Mr. Stefan Becher, Director of Siemens Energy in Berlin; Ms. Kastner Eva, Director of External Relations of Siemens Energy; Mr. Tran Hai Linh, Director of Business Development of Siemens Group in Vietnam.

At the meeting, Mr. Stefan Becher, Director of Siemens Energy in Berlin, said that he had researched and assessed that Binh Dinh has very favorable development conditions, especially the determination of the provincial leaders in attracting investment projects in the field of clean energy.

With the success after many years of implementing projects in Vietnam, Siemens Group leaders wish to contribute to the development of Binh Dinh province, especially soon implementing the Investment Project to build a green hydrogen gas system to regenerate energy, protect the environment and hope to have support from the provincial government in the coming time.

Informing Siemens Energy Group, Mr. Le Kim Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the province has all the conditions to develop various types of energy as currently hydropower, wind power, solar power, etc. are being invested in the locality.

In particular, implementing provincial and national planning, Binh Dinh has planned an area with a favorable location to build a deep-water seaport combined with an industrial park, develop energy, especially offshore and nearshore wind power, which is very favorable for implementing the Investment Project to build a green hydrogen gas system as proposed by the Group.

Along with that, Binh Dinh with a population of 1.5 million people, 3 universities and many colleges, has full conditions to meet the human resources for this project.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee believes in the success of cooperation between Siemens Energy Group, Green Tech Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company and partners in Vietnam to implement the project in the coming time; respectfully invites the Group's leaders, Mr. Stefan Becher and Ms. Kastner Eva to visit Binh Dinh soon to promote the implementation of specific projects in the province.

On the same afternoon, the provincial delegation visited and worked at the Postdam-North Treatment Plant, Postdam City, Germany.

At the meeting, Mr. Goran Arnkil, General Director of Nordic Water Products AB (technology supplier for the Potsdam – North treatment plant) said that in Vietnam, the Company has cooperated and provided water supply and wastewater treatment technology for many industrial parks, industrial factories and large cities.

Mr. Goran Arnkil mentioned that with many years of successful cooperation and investment in Vietnam, he wishes to soon visit Binh Dinh, coordinate with partners to deploy water supply and wastewater treatment technology solutions for industrial parks and urban areas in the province. The General Director of Nordic Water Products AB invited the leaders of Binh Dinh province to arrange a visit to the company in Sweden in the near future.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee said that the province currently has 3 large urban areas and many industrial parks and clusters. Of which, Hoai Nhon town and Hoai Nhon town are promoting the implementation of wastewater treatment projects. Therefore, there is a huge room for cooperation between Nordic Water Products AB and its partners in Vietnam to implement projects providing wastewater treatment technology in urban areas and industrial parks and clusters in Binh Dinh province.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee welcomed Nordic Water Products AB Company to cooperate with Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company and partners to promote industrial production and environmental treatment projects in the province. At the same time, Mr. Le Kim Toan also affirmed that the leaders of Binh Dinh province are ready to create the most favorable conditions for the company to cooperate in implementing projects in the coming time.
