The organizing committee of the contest "Designing a model for checking in for tourism in Ho Chi Minh City" divided the voting into 2 rounds, the second round from December 8 to 13.

With the support of a large number of candidates and a large number of exams, to ensure that the exams are displayed more optimally, the Organizing Committee divided the voting into 2 rounds to update the portal.

Accordingly, the first round includes 129 entries, readers can vote from December 6 to 11; the second round includes 90 entries, voting time is from December 8 to 13. The organizing committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Check-in Model Design Contest hopes that contestants and readers will support and actively choose quality works for the next round.

During the 8 days of voting for both qualifying rounds of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Check-in Model Design Contest, each reader can choose multiple ideas. After every 8 hours, readers can vote again for their favorite entries. All votes will be recorded during the opening time.

The total qualifying score is based on 70% from the Jury and 30% from the readers. Eligible entries will be posted on the website. The Organizing Committee will notify the contestants via their registered email about the time of posting their entries.

To vote for attractive entries, readers register for a My VnExpress account.

The 30 works with the highest scores from the judges and audience votes will compete in the final round, taking place on December 15-17.

In addition, in each category of the contest, the Organizing Committee will select 1 lucky reader who correctly votes for the work with the highest number of votes and most accurately predicts the number of voters for that work.

In the second round, the submitted entries were carefully invested in both form and content. Many tourism models demonstrated creativity, historical logic and culture when connecting iconic locations of Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, these models also contributed to orienting the tourism vision for the city named after Uncle Ho.

The contest to design check-in models and fun tourism symbols in Ho Chi Minh City is directed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism in collaboration with VnExpress Newspaper. The contest seeks and selects ideas for designing unique check-in models and tourism symbols, carrying messages about local culture, history and people to create new tourism products with their own mark, contributing to increasing the attractiveness of the City's tourism brand.

Authors can submit their works in 2 categories: Design of Ho Chi Minh City tourism check-in model; Design of fun Ho Chi Minh City tourism icons.

The total prize value of the contest is up to 630 million VND. In particular, the winning works will be considered for implementation and use in propaganda, promotion, tourism promotion activities, serving the economic development, socio-culture, internal and external affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.
