Commending typical ethnic minority and religious women in the period 2021 - 2024

On the morning of November 23, the Women's Union of Nghe An province held a conference to commend typical ethnic minority and religious women and district-level union officials for the period 2021 - 2024. Attending the conference was comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Conference overview.

During this period, the Provincial Women's Union focused on organizing the implementation of the Resolutions of the Women's Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress.

Thereby, it has recognized the continuous efforts, innovation, creativity, overcoming difficulties and rising up of the team of union officials at all levels and the consensus and positive response of all classes of women in the province.

Evaluation of the half-term implementation of the Resolution shows that the set targets were basically achieved and exceeded each year, and movements and campaigns were deployed and implemented effectively.

These achievements have important contributions from district-level cadres and ethnic minority and religious women in the whole province.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu, leaders of the Mass Mobilization Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union presented flowers to congratulate the three Chairmen of the District Women's Unions who were invited to attend the commendation conference of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.

The conference commended and honored 80 outstanding ethnic minority and religious women and 50 district-level union officials who have made great efforts and actively contributed to the development of the women's movement and the provincial Women's Union.
