Honoring 164 outstanding families in the capital's healthcare sector

Chairman of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union Trinh To Tam said that the sector's trade union is currently managing 111 grassroots trade unions, with a total of over 27,000 union members, workers, civil servants and employees.

Over the past years, the staff and employees in the whole industry have overcome all difficulties and challenges, made efforts in working, studying and working, caring for and serving patients, making an important contribution to the implementation of the political tasks of the unit and the industry.

Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health Tran Van Chung awarded Certificates of Recognition for Exemplary Families to individuals.

In recent times, the Health Sector Trade Union has deployed and guided grassroots trade unions to propagate to cadres and employees to build families according to the criteria: a prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy family so that each cadre and employee's family is truly a warm home for each person and a healthy cell of society.

Emulation movements and campaigns are maintained regularly such as the emulation movement to build a family of "Prosperity, equality, progress, happiness" associated with the emulation movements "Good workers, Creative workers"; "Raising healthy children, Teaching good children"; the movement "Innovating the style and service attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction", especially the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework"...

Emulation movements are always associated with the campaign to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Along with that, the work of caring for and educating children is also of interest to the Trade Union at all levels, through activities such as giving rewards to children of cadres and employees who are excellent students, achieving high results in excellent student competitions at all levels; giving gifts and subsidies to children in difficult circumstances on holidays, New Year, and "Month of Action for Children". Every year, the Trade Union always maintains the organization of rewards for children of cadres and employees who have achieved excellent results in studying.

The above activities have created a strong influence, motivating and encouraging the emulation and learning spirit of the children of cadres and employees.

At the conference, the Health Sector Trade Union commended and rewarded 164 outstanding families, representing nearly 10,000 families of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire sector; and rewarded 68 outstanding students who are children of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the sector with excellent achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.
