Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai visited and extended New Year greetings to the General Department of Military Services, Royal Cambodian Army

On the afternoon of March 27, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai led a delegation of officials from Ca Mau province to visit and celebrate the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year at the General Department of Military Services under the Ministry of National Defense, Royal Cambodian Army.

Accompanying the delegation were Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ho Trung Viet and Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Ca Mau City Party Committee Tran Hong Quan. General Meas Savon, Director General of the General Department of Military Services, received the delegation.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai thanked General Meas Savon and the generals and officers of the General Department of Military Services for hosting the delegation with great care and respect.

In a warm and affectionate atmosphere, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai shared: This is the first time visiting the General Department of Military Services in his role and duty as Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai emphasized: The leaders of Ca Mau province are aware that the development of Ca Mau province is always closely linked to the stability of the region; including community cooperation and support from localities in the Kingdom of Cambodia, especially the Royal Cambodian Army. Promoting the long-standing tradition, the leaders of Ca Mau province will continue to build a relationship of solidarity and friendship that is increasingly close, solid and sustainable. Ca Mau province in particular and Vietnam in general hope that in their development, there will always be companionship, cooperation, as well as connection with the Kingdom of Cambodia.

As a provincial leader as well as on a personal basis, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai respectfully invites General Meas Savon and other generals and officers of the General Department of Military Services to visit Ca Mau province as well as Ho Chi Minh City, the birthplace and place where the Provincial Party Secretary was born and raised, to strengthen ties and develop relationships between units and localities.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that General Meas Savon and other generals and officers of the General Department of Military Services will continue to provide support when Ca Mau province delegations come to exchange with localities and units of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai wished General Meas Savon and the generals, officers of the General Department of Military Services and their families a peaceful and happy Chol Chnam Thmay festival; and wished the cooperative relationship between the General Department of Military Services and Ca Mau province to develop more and more firmly.

On behalf of the unit, General Meas Savon informed the delegation of Ca Mau province about the functions and tasks of the General Department of Military Services as well as the long-standing cooperative relationship with units of Vietnam in general and Ca Mau province in particular. The unit's leaders always educate the tradition of good solidarity between Cambodia - Vietnam and Laos, so that the next generation can preserve, continuously build and strengthen the solidarity and friendship.
