Securities companies must immediately stop placing automatic orders.
The State Securities Commission has just sent a document to securities companies requesting them to immediately stop using the automatic order placement method.
The agency has found that there is a phenomenon of using robot technology to place automatic online stock trading orders with very high frequency. This activity has many potential risks and affects the stability of the stock market; causing the risk of chain breakdown when the stock market develops badly, thereby negatively affecting the risk management of securities companies.
Will auction 'nice' phone numbers publicly
"Nice" phone numbers (also known as nice sim numbers) will be auctioned.
The draft Law on Telecommunications (amended) is expected to stipulate that beautiful numbers are decided by the people themselves, the authorities will publicly list the numbers, people can choose whichever number they like; the starting price is fixed, not referring to other countries... and from there, the auction will go up, whoever pays the highest will own the number, the rest will be given to businesses.
Proposal to remove gold jewelry from the list of conditional businesses
This is the contribution of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to the draft Report on reviewing regulations on business conditions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
VCCI believes that jewelry gold should be removed from the conditional business group because it is a common commodity, and trading does not affect public interests like other types of gold in the same "gold business" group.

Deputy Governor: It's hard to treat a disease with a lack of money, and even harder to treat a disease with too much money
The above sharing was given by Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Dao Minh Tu at the Conference on promoting credit to support enterprises in the rice and seafood sectors in the Mekong Delta region held on the afternoon of September 15 in Can Tho.
“Banks are treating the disease of excess money. If there is a shortage, it is very difficult to treat, but if there is excess money, it is even more difficult to treat when it cannot be lent out... Just like businesses with inventory, banks have excess money in their vaults. Therefore, banks need to further increase credit to continue accompanying businesses," said Mr. Tu. (See more)
Prime Minister works with representatives of state-owned enterprises

EVN fears risk of losing millions of dollars when selling electricity to Laos
Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has just sent a document to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Electricity Regulatory Authority regarding the policy of selling electricity to factories in the Nam Mo, Nam Kong and Nam E-moun hydropower plant cluster in Laos. These are factories that have been approved by the Prime Minister to import electricity to Vietnam.
Regarding the proposal to offset the output of purchases and sales with investors in Laos, EVN said there is still no legal basis and is concerned that it will lose millions of USD if applied. (See more)
Durian snatch purchase

Cashless transactions increased by more than 60%
According to statistics from the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam - NAPAS, the number and value of non-cash transactions in our country have increased sharply.
In the first 7 months of this year alone, cashless payments and payments via mobile channels increased by more than 60%, while payments via QR Code increased by more than 120%. In the 2021-2022 period, cashless transactions increased by 86%, and transaction value increased by more than 30%.
