Closing ceremony of national defense and security knowledge training for subject 3

On the morning of August 6, at Regiment 244 (Uong Bi City), the National Defense - Security Education Council (NDE) of Quang Ninh province held a closing ceremony for the NED knowledge training class for subject 3, course 3, year 2024.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son, Deputy Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, awarded certificates of completion of the QPAN knowledge training program to the trainees.

During the 12 days, 101 trainees, who are heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, provincial organizations, district-level officials, departments, branches, sectors, and key commune-level officials, studied and researched 20 topics on national defense and security work such as: the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security; building a national defense foundation associated with the people's security posture in the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

At the end of the course, all 101 participants were recognized as having completed the national defense and security knowledge training program according to regulations, of which 38.6% achieved excellent results, the rest achieved fair results.

Through the course, the aim is to help students equip themselves with more knowledge and the ability to advise and propose in performing the tasks of national defense and security at their agencies, units and localities; at the same time, improve their qualifications to meet the requirements of the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation, thereby contributing to building a strong national defense posture associated with a strong people's security posture; building a solid defense area.
