Faced with the situation of people gathering in this area in recent days, on the evening of March 19, Hanoi Police issued a notice requesting people not to stop or park illegally, not to gather in large numbers on the roadway and sidewalk, to ensure traffic order and safety.

However, reporters noted that on the afternoon of March 25, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square was still overloaded with people flocking to take photos with the Shark Jaw building.

More and more people flocked to Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square to take pictures under the Shark Jaw building before it was officially demolished.

At the fountain area (Le Thai To - Dinh Tien Hoang intersection), hundreds of locals and foreign tourists gathered to take pictures next to Ham Ca Map, some vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles... were still left haphazardly on the side of the road, many locals even stood in the middle of the road to take pictures. Some tourists even stood on the fountain to find the best position, despite the danger.

Traffic police emphasized that gathering in large numbers and stopping vehicles illegally in this area not only poses a risk of traffic accidents but also causes congestion and affects road users.

"Stopping and gathering on the road is not only dangerous for the people themselves but also causes traffic disorder and obstructs the movement of vehicles. We will increase patrols, control and strictly handle violations to ensure safety," said a representative of Hanoi Police.

Faced with the above situation, Hanoi Police recommends that people should find a way to say goodbye to the Shark Jaw building in a civilized and safe manner, in compliance with road traffic regulations. At the same time, the authorities will continue to tighten inspections and strictly handle violations to avoid chaos and loss of control in this area.

Although the demolition of the Shark Jaws building is regrettable, recording the farewell moment also needs to be within the framework of urban order and traffic safety.
