The conference was held directly at the central bridge point of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering headquarters, combined with online bridge points of the task clusters.
At the conference, specialized departments of the General Department of Logistics and Technology reported on preparations, logistics and technical assurance, and coordination with relevant units in mobilizing forces and vehicles from the North to the South; preparations, logistics and technical assurance for forces when present in the South to participate in the parade in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
Up to this point, the agencies and units assigned with the task have done a good job of preparing, ensuring, and closely coordinating and cooperating, promptly resolving any difficulties and problems that arise.

In order to effectively implement the contents that need to be focused on in the coming time, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and implement the orders and directives of the Minister of National Defense on organizing forces to participate in the parade and march at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. Immediately after this conference, the General Staff (General Department of Logistics and Engineering) will promptly complete the content of the agreement to issue and implement it in a unified and tight manner. In addition to the main content of the agreement of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, it is requested that specialized departments promptly issue guiding documents and send them to units for implementation.
Emphasizing the work of ensuring safety during the mobilization of forces and vehicles, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested the Department of Transport - Motorbikes to inspect and ensure the best technical conditions for each vehicle and ship before the march and arrange mobile rescue vehicles to closely follow each unit during the mobilization; closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units on all marching routes to divert traffic, ensuring absolute safety during the mobilization.

Units are absolutely not allowed to use trucks to transport troops; at the same time, closely follow the instructions of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army on hanging banners and slogans on service vehicles, ensuring unified deployment. Units organize to thoroughly grasp the tasks for the entire driving force to uphold responsibility, overcome difficulties, and ensure the best health to perform the task.
Emphasizing the work of ensuring food, accommodation and health care for soldiers, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested the Barracks Department to closely coordinate with units, promptly repair barracks, supplement barracks and living equipment, especially ensuring enough electricity for soldiers; arranging backup power sources, generators, and fans in bedrooms and resting rooms.
The Military Medical Department coordinated with units to test the entire domestic water system serving the forces participating in the parade, ensuring the safety and hygiene of water sources; at the same time, directed the military medical units in the South to supplement cooling water for the troops in hot weather. The military medical sector strengthened coordination with civilian medical facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, the provinces and cities in the South to ensure the best military medical service for the troops and people during the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
The Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technology requested the Logistics and Technology Department of Military Region 7 to ensure the quality of food and foodstuffs provided for soldiers' meals; ensure the best food safety and hygiene and improve the quality of meals, focusing on meal menus according to regional tastes and paying attention to meals for women participating in parades and marches.
