On the afternoon of April 10, Tuong Duong District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint Nghe An Provincial Youth Union Secretary Le Van Luong to hold the position of Tuong Duong District Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committee, leaders of the District Party Committee - People's Committee of Tuong Duong district and related departments, branches, sectors and units.
At the ceremony, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee presented Decision No. 2468 - QD/TU dated March 28, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the transfer, assignment and appointment of comrade Le Van Luong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Youth Union, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to hold the position of Secretary of Tuong Duong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The decision takes effect from April 10, 2024.
At the ceremony, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee presented the decision, presented congratulatory flowers and delivered a speech assigning tasks to comrade Le Van Luong.
Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee affirmed: Comrade Le Van Luong is a well-trained young cadre, has strong political will, good moral qualities, has made continuous efforts and is recognized by the organization.
As Secretary of the District Party Committee, the leader with overall responsibility for the Tuong Duong District Party Committee, comrade Le Van Luong needs to continue to strive to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized 5 issues. First, Comrade Le Van Luong needs to immediately deploy assigned tasks, grasp and closely work with the grassroots and locality.
Second, it is necessary to continue to practice and cultivate revolutionary ethics, uphold the sense of responsibility, be a model leader, focus on building a center of solidarity, and properly implement the principle of democratic centralism in leadership and administration.
Third, inherit the achievements and results that the Party Committee, government and people of Tuong Duong district have achieved over the past years to successfully implement the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Fourth, focus on building a solid people's position, ensuring national sovereignty and security, building and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.
Fifth, promote the collective strength of the political system, strengthen and consolidate the quality of Party organizations, improve the quality of Party members in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, the 5th Conference, the 13th Party Central Committee on strengthening the consolidation of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period and Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods.
In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee thanked the Provincial Party Committee for its attention and facilitation; at the same time, he said he was deeply aware that this was both an honor and a responsibility before the Provincial Party Committee.
With the newly assigned responsibility of Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee - a mountainous border district with many difficulties, comrade Le Van Luong is deeply aware of the trust and expectations of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, he is clearly aware of his responsibility and the need to make great efforts, constantly study and practice to overcome difficulties and challenges, be dedicated, devoted, responsible and wholeheartedly devoted to the common development of the district.
In order to successfully complete the assigned tasks, he hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and support of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and provincial agencies, departments and branches.

Comrade Le Van Luong (born in 1984, from Hung Tien commune, Nam Dan district).
During his working process, comrade Le Van Luong held many positions at Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.
From June 2013 to August 2016, he held the position of Secretary of Hoang Mai Town Youth Union;
October 2017, held the position of Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union;
From December 2020, he held the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union;
In December 2022, comrade Le Van Luong was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th Central Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term;
In June 2023, comrade Le Van Luong joined the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term./.
