Specifically, Nha Trang Tourism and Trade JSC registered to sell 500,000 SKV shares of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Beverage JSC during the period from December 1 to December 30, 2021.
However, Nha Trang Commercial Tourism sold 23,813 SKV shares on November 23, 2021, before the permitted trading time. This action was fined 7.5 million VND.
Along with that, the company was fined 930 million VND for administrative violations when it failed to report the expected transaction.
Accordingly, the enterprise sold 3.1 million SKV shares on June 21, 2021 but did not report on the expected transaction.
The total fine for these violations is nearly 938 million VND. The additional penalty is a suspension of securities trading activities for a period of 3 months.
Regarding bird nest businesses, recently through a review, the Ho Chi Minh City tax department discovered that a bird nest company issued invoices worth VND34,000 billion (equivalent to nearly USD1.5 billion) in just 7 days. To generate this huge revenue, the company issued invoices day and night.
During the inspection, the tax department discovered that there were only 40 million VND in bird's nest business invoices, the rest were invoices exported to the stock market and the company reported to the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department and sent a document asking the securities company.
In this case, Ho Chi Minh City Securities (HSC) said that the securities company provides full financial products and services under the license granted by the State Securities Commission, including futures brokerage services (derivative securities). Customers who open trading accounts at HSC in accordance with regulations should be provided with trading services as usual.

Commenting on the market, Vietnam Construction Securities (CSI) said that investors are quite worried when affected by the decline in major indices in the world, so the decrease in liquidity at the support level is a positive signal for the recovery trend.
Investors should hold the stocks they have purchased for testing at the support level of 1,080 points and increase the proportion in the coming sessions, prioritizing opening buying positions when the general market has a correction.
