Former Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan is a cadre from the diplomatic sector. His life is closely linked to the historical periods of the country, including the period of opening up and integration in the early 1990s of the last century.
As Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, then Minister of Trade, Deputy Prime Minister, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Mr. Vu Khoan, with his experience and courage, has made great contributions to the cause of opening up and integration.
