NDO - The President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace is where Uncle Ho lived and worked during the last 15 years of his life (1954-1969). There are still relics, documents, original artifacts and the relic landscape environment. These are evidences of the depth of his thoughts, style, ethics, lifestyle and spirit of dedication to the revolutionary cause of the nation. After his death, the Central Party Secretariat decided to preserve the memorial site at the Presidential Palace to commemorate his great contributions.
During his lifetime, Uncle Ho was a person who loved nature very much, which is shown through the system of outdoor relics such as mango road, fish pond, garden, coconut tree in front of the stilt house, southern milk fruit tree, persistent banyan tree, flower trellis of the Presidential Palace... This is a harmonious element in the overall relic site, contributing to creating unique value for the Presidential Palace relic site.
The strongest impression for tourists and people when visiting the Presidential Palace Relic Site is the simple and modest stilt house filled with the love and respect of our people for the great President Ho Chi Minh.
