NDO - The Echo Desert is known as the Disneyland of the desert with a vibrant entertainment area for visitors to have a summer full of experiences. Located right in the center of the triangle of three cities: Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (China), the Echo Desert has a crescent-shaped terrain with 110m high sand dunes, 45-degree slopes like a giant echo statue.
This semicircular shaped desert is famous for its “singing” sand dunes stretching 200 meters, 110 meters high with a slope of about 45 degrees, like giant echo statues. When the wind blows or changes direction, the sand dunes will create mysterious and magical melodies.
Visitors can take a cable car to admire the panoramic view of the desert from above to move to the central area.
Not only attracting foreign tourists, the Vong Am desert is also especially loved by local people to explore every weekend.

Nature has blessed this place with a mild, cool climate even in the summer, and strong winds even make visitors prepare jackets in case they feel cold. The desert also offers a full-service tour by specialized cars shaped like spaceships, gliding at high speed on the sand.
The overlapping sand dunes create the mysterious beauty of the Vong Am desert.

Visitors can experience riding a camel and wandering through the vast desert, which seems like it only exists in movies.
Ms. Mai Chi, a tourist from Hanoi to Inner Mongolia, shared: "Although I had seen information about Inner Mongolia in advance, sitting on a camel in the middle of this beautiful desert, I felt like I was an ancient Mongolian nomad, it was really wonderful!"
If you are lucky, you can see the sand changing color hourly, from white to yellow to pink. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a play reenacting the wedding of a Mongolian princess, experience sitting on a camel nearly 2 meters above the ground, leisurely strolling in the sun and wind of the desert and taking the return train.
All visitors riding camels here can take beautiful pictures for only 20 Yuan.
Every time the wind blows and changes direction, the camel caravans carrying passengers meander over the sand waves, and mysterious musical notes resound in the air.

Inner Mongolia is a name that sounds quite unfamiliar to the tourism industry, but few people know that this is an ideal destination, a new "paradise" for travel enthusiasts who want to explore and find a peaceful natural world and an interesting ethnic culture.
From the beginning of the second quarter of 2024, Vietravel Hanoi has had a Charter tour product flying directly to Inner Mongolia departing from Hanoi, helping travel enthusiasts satisfy their passion for wandering in the vast steppe, and experience being a real nomad.
