155 teams were divided into 40 groups to compete in 4 qualifying areas, playing on football fields including: deep in VSIP I Industrial Park - Thuan An, provincial stadium (BC training ground), Binh Duong New City Center Stadium and My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park Stadium - Ben Cat.

The 12 teams with the highest rankings in the qualifying round will qualify for the final round. The prize money for the overall champion team is 100 million VND, second place is 60 million VND, third place is 40 million VND, fourth place is 20 million VND along with other secondary prizes.
