Firstly, building a community of media collaborators of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front. To provide timely and accurate information to media and press agencies, since 2021, the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee has established a Zalo group "City Front Information", which has so far connected 104 reporters from news agencies and press agencies to participate.
Second, establish a Social Security Fund, thereby aiming at solutions to support workers and people in difficulty that the current safety net does not cover.
Third, for the first time, the National Great Unity Day was held at the city level. With a series of unique and rich activities, more than 8,000 people attended.
Fourth, launch the "For a Green Truong Sa" program for the 2023 - 2025 period, striving to mobilize 76 billion VND to increase the density of tree coverage on the islands, improving the lives of officers, soldiers and people.
In 2023, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City called for support for the program "For a green Truong Sa" to improve soil, grow vegetables, trees, especially wave-blocking trees... on the islands.
Fifth, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City organized a delegation (with nearly 100 delegates including dignitaries, intellectuals, and outstanding individuals of various ethnic groups...) to participate in the connection journey from July 14 to July 17, 2023.
Friday, the 5th consecutive time the program was held to honor individuals and groups with the spirit of volunteerism, sacrifice and silent dedication for beloved Ho Chi Minh City.
Saturday, for the third consecutive time, organized the commendation of 53 typical models and solutions in the patriotic emulation movement, thereby strengthening the great national unity bloc.
Eighth, strengthen supervision of Party committee heads, government heads, and advisory agencies assisting Party committees and governments in implementing state administrative procedures related to land, digital transformation, and smart urban construction.
Ninth, welcoming Lao student families to visit Vietnamese families in the program "Vietnamese families with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City" and organizing the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the Shanghai People's Political Consultative Conference.
Finally, deploy and put into use the application of information exploitation through the centralized data storage system (NAS) effectively to improve the quality of Fatherland Front activities in the new period.
