The Ministry of Health Inspectorate has just decided to fine Tradiphar Pharmaceutical Company Limited (headquarter address: Phuc Thien Residential Area, Hoang Tien Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province), the Company's factory address: Phuc Thien Residential Area, Hoang Tien Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province, 12 million VND.

According to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health, the Company committed an administrative violation because the storage area and warehouse for health protection food products of the Company did not have regulations, procedures, and hygiene regimes, violating the provisions of Point c, Clause 3, Article 9, Decree No. 115 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of food safety.

Syntech Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company Branch, address Lot CN 3, Ba Hang Industrial Cluster, Nam Dong Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province (Head office address, No. 16, Lot 13, Den Lu 1 Urban Area, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City) was fined 12 million VND by the Ministry of Health Inspectorate.

According to the Ministry Inspectorate, the Company Branch violated the regulations on storage areas and warehouses without nameplates, regulations, and procedures, violating the provisions of Point c, Clause 3, Article 9, Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP dated September 4, 2018 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of food safety.

The Ministry of Health Inspectorate imposed an administrative fine of VND 12 million on Gold Tiphar Pharma Joint Stock Company, headquartered at Noi Village, Toan Thang Commune, Gia Loc District, Hai Duong Province.

Regarding the cause, according to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health, the administrative violation was committed because the storage area and warehouse for preserving health protection food products of the company did not have regulations, procedures, and hygiene regimes, violating the provisions of Point c, Clause 3, Article 9, Decree No. 115 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of food safety.

The Ministry Inspectorate also imposed an administrative fine of VND 12 million on Korea Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Korea Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s head office is located at Lane 97, An Thai Street, Zone 2, Binh Han Ward, Hai Duong City, Vietnam).

The reason is that the storage area and warehouse do not have a nameplate, rules, or procedures, violating the provisions of Point c, Clause 3, Article 9, Decree No. 115 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of food safety .
