Providing information on some contents under the authority of the 19th Conference of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XII, term 2020-2025, on the morning of March 27, TUV, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh said that the Education and Health sectors continue to face a shortage of human resources.
Meanwhile, the number of students is constantly increasing, the need for medical examination, treatment and health care of the people is increasing.

Faced with this situation, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has allocated staff to localities. Of which, the Education sector has allocated 264 staff for 8 districts and cities to organize recruitment.
However, after receiving instructions from the Central Government to stop recruiting civil servants and public employees to streamline the apparatus, localities have temporarily suspended recruitment.
To ensure the rights of students and people, and at the same time effectively use the assigned staff, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consider and give opinions on continuing to recruit education and health officials for a number of localities and units.
Regarding this proposal, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested relevant units to urgently study current regulations and documents to advise the Provincial Party Committee for timely direction.
