The young team from the land of kangaroos has reached the semi-finals of the U.17 Asian Cup 3 times. This is a very important match, as the young Vietnamese boys need to have a favorable result to create a premise for the rest of the tournament.

In the second match, the U.17 Vietnam team will face an even bigger challenge when they face the defending champion U.17 Japan at 10:00 p.m. on April 7 (Vietnam time). The final match of Group B will take place at 10:00 p.m. on April 10 (Vietnam time), when U.17 Vietnam will face U.17 UAE.
Up to now, the identity of the head coach of the Vietnam U.17 team has not been officially revealed. It is known that the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has finalized the candidate to coach the team, which is a Japanese coach with extensive experience in youth football.
