In order to help customers proactively manage transactions and use banking services during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day 2025, VPBank would like to inform customers of the schedule of providing banking services during this time as follows:

1. TEMPORARY SERVICE INTERRUPTION:

Interbank FUNDS TRANSFER	Suspended from 16:00 on 04/04/2025, transactions after this time will be performed on 08/04/2025.
LOAN/OVERDRAWAL	Suspended from 12:00 on April 5, 2025, registrations after this time will be disbursed on April 8, 2025
TRANSFER SAVINGS BOOK	Suspended from 12:00 on April 5, 2025 to April 7, 2025

SAVE	Open new Online Term Savings	New online term deposit transactions are calculated interest according to the following rules: - New opening from 20:30 on April 5, 2025 will calculate interest from April 7, 2025 - New opening from 18:00 on April 7, 2025 will calculate interest from April 8, 2025
	Savings settlement
	AUTOMATIC RENEWAL online	Normal service
	AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at the counter	Customers who make full payment on the first working day after the holiday on April 8, 2025 will receive term interest for the entire actual deposit period.
	NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL	- The payment deadline on April 6-7, 2025 will be automatically paid at 11:30 p.m. on April 5, 2025. - The maturity date on April 8, 2025 will be automatically settled at 9:00 p.m. on April 7, 2025. The term interest period will be calculated based on the actual number of days of the deposit.
	Savings Deposit	The rules for scheduling deposits are as follows: - Schedule on April 5, 2025, the system will automatically deduct at 5:30 p.m. on April 5, 2025 - Schedule on April 6-7, 2025, the system will automatically deduct at 3:00 p.m. on April 7, 2025 - Schedule on April 8, 2025, the system will automatically deduct at 5:30 p.m. on April 8, 2025 The following periods will still be carried out on the previously scheduled schedule.
	Loans secured by savings books with a settlement date coinciding with the loan maturity date within April 6-7, 2025	Postpone loan repayment to April 8, 2025; The savings book will be automatically renewed to the next term at 23:30 on April 5, 2025.
	Early repayment	Normal service (except for Phat Loc Thinh Vuong products and deposits that are collateral for loans)

3. Note:

- For loans with a due date of April 7, 2025, you will receive a payment notification message on April 8, 2025.

- For loans, credit card balances, overdrafts that are overdue as of April 7, 2025, please immediately pay all overdue balances (principal, interest, overdue interest, overdue penalty interest, etc.)

- Overdraft due on April 7, 2025, if the customer pays before 5:00 p.m. on April 8, 2025, the system will not consider it overdue.
