VietinBank adjusts the time to hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Previously, on March 11, 2025, VietinBank sent the Notice of Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by registered mail to the contact addresses of shareholders according to the list of securities owners on the last registration date (DKCC) - March 7, 2025 provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to VietinBank, in which the expected time to hold the General Meeting of Shareholders is Tuesday, April 1, 2025. At the same time, the notice of invitation to the meeting stated: in case of any change in the time and place of the General Meeting of Shareholders, VietinBank will notify and post information on the VietinBank Investor Relations website, the website of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and information on a number of mass media. Those notices will replace the Notice of Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as adjusted.

Based on the progress of working with competent State agencies on approving the contents of documents submitted to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of VietinBank, the Board of Directors of VietinBank announces the adjustment of the time to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Accordingly, the organization time (after adjustment) is Friday, April 18, 2025.

Registration Date (unchanged): Friday, March 7, 2025.

The form, venue, expected content and other contents remain unchanged compared to the Notice of invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that VietinBank sent to shareholders.
