Venezuelan youth are always ready to exchange and interact with Vietnamese youth, and are also always ready to be the door and bridge between Vietnamese youth and Latin American youth; Vietnam should believe that you always have a true friend in Venezuela. That was the sharing of the leaders of the Unified Socialist Party (the ruling party in Venezuela) and the leaders of the Unified Socialist Youth Union of Venezuela at the meeting and working session with the delegation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union led by Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union.
Within the framework of the visit and work program in Venezuela, from November 19 to 22, the Central Youth Union delegation led by Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Secretary of the Central Youth Union participated in many meaningful activities, meeting with Venezuelan leaders.
Ready to exchange and act as a bridge for Vietnamese youth, the Central Youth Union delegation paid a courtesy call to Mr. Rander Pena - Vice President of the Unified Socialist Party (the ruling party in Venezuela) at the National Convention Center. The delegation was also received by leaders and officials of the Party and the Venezuelan Socialist Youth Union. In Venezuela, the Central Youth Union delegation attended a meeting with the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on the occasion of Venezuelan Students' Day.
At the reception, Mr. Rander Pena warmly welcomed the Vietnamese youth delegation to visit and participate in activities in Venezuela, and expressed his affection for Vietnam. Mr. Rander Pena also informed about the country's socio-economic and foreign affairs situation and policies; emphasized the interest in foreign cooperation relations, including with Vietnam. Mr. Ngo Van Cuong sincerely thanked Venezuela for its warm welcome and affection for the Vietnamese delegation. Mr. Cuong introduced Vietnamese youth and the movements and programs that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is implementing.

Mr. Cuong expressed his hope that Mr. Rander Pena - Vice President of the Unified Socialist Party would pay attention and create conditions for the Youth Unions of the two countries to continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and sign cooperation programs, such as: exchanging delegations, sharing experiences in union work, and educating union work. Mr. Rander Pena said that the two countries have many strengths and opportunities for cooperation; and agreed with the proposals of Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union Ngo Van Cuong. Mr. Rander Pena emphasized: "Venezuelan youth are always ready to exchange and interact with Vietnamese youth; and are also always ready to be the door and bridge between Vietnamese youth and Latin American youth".
Promoting youth exchanges and cooperation Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and the delegation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union worked with Ms. Elymar Colmenares Santander - Minister, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Unified Socialist Youth Union. Ms. Elymar Colmenares Santander recalled the history of the relationship between the two countries and hoped that Vietnam and Venezuela would continue to preserve and develop this good relationship; at the same time, she affirmed: "Vietnam, please believe that you always have a true friend in Venezuela". Ms. Grecia Elymar Colmenares Santander also shared her memories of 2019, visiting Vietnam and being welcomed by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. "I love Vietnam very much, I hope to learn from the experiences of Vietnam and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union", she said.

Mr. Ngo Van Cuong said that the delegation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to Venezuela was warmly and respectfully welcomed and participated in very meaningful programs. During the meeting, the two sides agreed on many proposals to promote exchanges and cooperation in the youth field, such as: exchanging delegations at all levels, youth exchanges; training of Youth Union officials; promoting propaganda and education for young people about the history, traditions, and good relations between the two countries; promoting propaganda and education about the history, traditions, and relations between the two countries.

Ms. Tatiana Pugh Moreno informed about the goals and significance of the Venezuelan Communist Youth Union organizing this World Youth and Student Congress, aiming to help friends around the world understand the importance of Venezuelan youth in particular and world youth in general in the development of each country, together towards peace and prosperity around the world.

Ms. Tatiana Pugh Moreno hopes that the delegation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will be a bridge between the people of the two countries, and invite Vietnamese youth to visit and witness the current development of Venezuela; hoping that in the coming time, the Youth Unions of the two countries will strengthen cooperation, there will be many youth delegations visiting the two countries, contributing to the friendly relationship between the two countries.
