18 contestants compete in the 2025 Book Review contest

The Book Review Contest is an annual contest organized by the Provincial Youth Union and Nguyen Dinh Chieu Library for union members, youth, and students in the province, contributing to promoting the formation of positive reading habits among union members, youth, and students, thereby spreading and developing a reading culture in the community. Through implementation since February 2025, the organizing committee has received nearly 600 preliminary entries.

The final round of this year's competition was divided into 3 groups with a total of 18 contestants: Group A - primary and secondary school students, Group B - high school students and Group C - members and youth of various units. The contestants took turns presenting directly to the judges, expressing their feelings about the book they liked. The contestants invested carefully, applying information technology, music, images and props during the competition, making the presentation more lively and unique. The judges also asked knowledge questions for each contestant after the presentation.

Through the competition, the judges selected first, second, third and consolation prizes for each group. The first prize winners for each group included: Le Tam Nhu (Phuoc Ngai Secondary School, Ba Tri District), Mai Ngoc Khanh Vy (Class 10/5, Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School), Nguyen Ngoc Xuan Thao (Quoi Son Secondary School, Chau Thanh District).
