On April 4 and 5, the Naval Technical Institute coordinated with the Propaganda Department of the Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committees to organize information about the sea and islands and propaganda to attract human resources at 9 high schools with the participation of 8,200 teachers and students in Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces.

The reporter of the Naval Technical Institute informed teachers and students about the position, role and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands; the core role of the Vietnam People's Navy in protecting the sovereignty of the seas and islands of the Fatherland; information about the Naval Academy and things to know about the registration procedures for the entrance exam to the Naval Academy.
On this occasion, the Naval Technical Institute distributed hundreds of sets of documents and propaganda pictures about the Naval Academy to students in the two provinces.
