Black sesame oil also has the effect of lowering blood cholesterol because it contains many unsaturated fatty acids.

30g black sesame, 30g vinegar, 1 chicken egg. How to make: Put black sesame, vinegar in a pot, add the white of 1 chicken egg, cook into soup, eat 2 times a day. Has the effect of treating high blood pressure and reducing cholesterol in the blood.

Black sesame, polygonum multiflorum, achyranthes bidentata, grind all ingredients into small pieces, mix with honey to make pills, take 3 times a day with 10g.
