Foreign residents are willing to spend but lack choices
In Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City is an area with a very high number of foreign experts living and working, with about 27,000 people. This is a group of residents with good income and great spending capacity, demanding strict standards of living. Most foreigners want a fresh living space with high density of trees, full amenities including swimming pools, relaxation parks, 24/7 security and special attention to service quality, ... In particular, housing adjacent to international standard commercial centers is also something many foreigners are interested in.

Similar to foreign residents, the demand of overseas Vietnamese customers in Ho Chi Minh City is also increasing. According to records, in the first half of this year, the amount of remittances sent to Ho Chi Minh City reached 4.3 billion USD, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the same period last year.
