DOJI listed the price of 9999 gold today at 82.3 million VND/tael for buying and 84.3 million VND/tael for selling, down 100,000 VND/tael for both buying and selling compared to the previous session. The difference between the buying price and selling price is 2.0 million VND.
At Mi Hong Jewelry Company, the price of Mi Hong gold at the time of survey was listed at 83.5-84.3 million VND/tael for buying and selling. Compared to yesterday, the price of SJC gold bars also increased by 10,000 VND/tael for buying and remained the same for selling.
PNJ gold price is listed at 82.3-84.3 million VND/tael, down 100,000 VND/tael in both buying and selling prices compared to the previous session's close.

Regarding the price of gold rings, SJC Jewelry Company listed the four-figure nine gold ring, 0.5 chi and 0.3 chi, for buying at 82.3 million VND/tael and selling at 84.2 million VND/tael, an increase of 500,000 VND/tael compared to the previous day.
The price of gold rings at Phu Quy Company is listed at 82.90-84.40 million VND/tael, an increase of 600,000 VND/tael; the price of SJC 999.9 gold rings also increased by 500,000 VND, currently this company is trading around 82.30-84.10 million VND/tael.
At Bao Tin Minh Chau Company, the company announced the price of plain round gold rings from 82.98-84.28 million VND/tael (buy/sell), down 120,000 VND/tael compared to the previous closing price.
Thus, at the current price, the selling price of the SJC brand and ring gold are equivalent.

Spot gold prices edged up on Monday, supported by short-covering activity after a weekly loss on Friday on the Federal Reserve's cautious stance on interest rate cuts next year.
Spot gold rose 0.2% to $2,626.44 an ounce as of 03:13 GMT. US gold futures fell 0.1% to $2,642.10.
The Fed's 25 basis point rate cut on December 18 and cautious note on economic forecasts and expectations of fewer cuts in 2025 pushed gold prices to their lowest since November 18 last week.
“We are entering the holiday season and gold is largely supported by offsetting buying activity that started last Friday and also some technical support,” said Ajay Kedia, director, Kedia Commodities, Mumbai.
Gold prices rose on Friday on a weaker dollar and Treasury yields as U.S. economic data showed inflation will slow.
Data on Friday showed monthly inflation in the United States slowed in November after showing little improvement in recent months. The personal consumption expenditures (PCE) index rose 0.1% last month after rising an unadjusted 0.2% in October.
San Francisco Federal Reserve President Mary Daly and two other Fed policymakers said Friday they feel the central bank will likely continue to cut interest rates next year but will slow down because the “calibration period” is over.
Russia’s central bank kept its key interest rate unchanged at 21 percent on Friday, surprising markets. Higher interest rates reduce the appeal of non-yielding bullion.
Meanwhile, COMEX gold speculators cut their net long position by 16,251 contracts to 203,937 in the week to December 17, data showed on Friday.
“I see good support for gold at $2,595 and resistance at $2,664,” Kedia said.
Spot silver rose 0.7% to $29.72 an ounce and platinum rose 1% to $935.47, while palladium rose 0.2% to $922.31.
