78 years ago, the August Revolution succeeded. On September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, the first worker-peasant state in Southeast Asia. Declaring to the world about the nation's independence, he affirmed: "Vietnam has the right to enjoy freedom and independence and has in fact become a free and independent country. The entire Vietnamese people are determined to devote all their spirit and strength, their lives and property to maintain that freedom and independence!".
The Declaration of Independence is a great heroic epic that opened a new era, the era of national independence associated with socialism in our country, with the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam). The ideological values of the Declaration of Independence are eternal and have become a solid theoretical and practical basis, forming a great strength for the Vietnamese people, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, to overcome all difficulties and challenges, continuously gaining victory after victory in the wars of national defense and many achievements in the cause of national construction and development.

The provincial planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, has clearly outlined the development orientations of each industry and sector that prioritizes investment in the area. Accordingly, the industrial sector will develop in depth, creating a breakthrough in improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness of products.
Rejoicing in today's achievements, we cannot forget the immense merit of the great President Ho Chi Minh and generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed their blood and bones to protect the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. In the context of the current complicated international situation, the value of independence and freedom is further affirmed and Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on human rights and the rights of each nation are more deeply understood. More than ever, the truth "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom" shines brightly in the thoughts, ideas, feelings and actions of each person and of the whole nation.
