The national conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 11 of the 13th Party Central Committee was connected with 21,000 points from the central to provincial, district, and commune levels and agencies of military regions, military services, and army corps with more than 1.5 million delegates attending.
In Quang Binh, the conference was connected to 307 points (provincial level; district, town, city, affiliated Party Committee and commune level, equivalent) with the participation of nearly 33,600 cadres and party members. In addition, the whole province has more than 360 live TV viewing points at village and hamlet cultural houses and some agencies and units.
