Quang Yen town provides career guidance and high-quality labor export consulting

On April 17, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Yen town coordinated with EK Group to organize a conference on career counseling, job introduction and high-quality labor export in Quang Yen town.

At the conference, over 100 people who want to work abroad and delegates listened to EK Group representatives advise on issues related to labor export and practical work experience when working in Japan and Taiwan.

Attending the conference, delegates also discussed and raised opinions related to: Investment costs, application conditions, contract procedures, income sources when working in Japan or Taiwan, scholarship targets and support policies... which were directly answered satisfactorily, consulted and given appropriate directions by the leaders of EK Group.

Leaders of the Standing Committee of Quang Yen Town Youth Union expressed their opinions regarding the conditions and benefits of workers participating in the Japanese labor export program.

The demand for job conversion of agricultural workers in Quang Yen town has increased in recent years, however, from 2020 to 2022, Quang Yen town has only exported 188 workers, mainly to Japan and Taiwan. Consulting, introducing jobs, and exporting high-quality labor are activities of practical significance for the town's workers, thereby gradually concretizing and effectively implementing Directive No. 20-CT/TW dated December 12, 2022 of the Central Party Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad in the new situation in the town. Quang Yen town identifies that sending workers abroad is a contribution to socio-economic development and ensuring social security. This is also an opportunity for workers to promote the beauty of their homeland, the country and the people of Vietnam in general, Quang Ninh province and Quang Yen town in particular. Through this, workers will acquire scientific achievements, professional skills, foreign languages and later return to participate in the town's labor market. In addition to promoting propaganda about labor export policies, Quang Yen town has directed schools to coordinate with EK Group to conduct career guidance and high-quality labor export consulting for students.
